“Flávio Olimpio de Azevedo Advogados Associados” was founded in 1974, initially working in the civil and labor law. With great dedication and offering high quality work throughout the years, it has followed a path of structural growth, specialization, and diversification of services, which enabled it to acquire a vast experience in corporate litigation.

Olímpio de Azevedo Advogados heads towards its 40th anniversary as one of the largest and most traditional Law firms in Brazil. Currently, it is responsible for sponsoring more than 35.000 cases, and it has as clients two of the ten largest private financial institutions in the country, each of them in more than one field of competence, as well as large domestic and multinational corporate groups.
Among so many achievements, one of its recent highlights was the large increase in the consulting field, which enabled the company to expand its activities, creating the “Corporate Acquisition” division.
